What is Whole Life Insurance?

Whole life insurance is permanent life insurance designed to stay in place for your entire life (as long as required premiums are paid). For many families, it is used to help cover final expenses and reduce financial stress on loved ones.

  • Lifetime coverage: Coverage does not expire after a set term.
  • Level premiums: Premium amounts are designed to stay predictable and not increase just because you age.
  • Guaranteed death benefit: Your beneficiary receives the policy benefit based on the plan terms.
  • Cash value growth: Many whole life policies build cash value over time that may be borrowed against.
  • Purpose: Helps families with funeral costs, debts, or other immediate expenses after a loss.
