SMS, WhatsApp, and Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Mejor Vida Insurance LLC may communicate with you via SMS text messages, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls related to final-expense and life insurance, including quotes, application follow-up, appointment reminders, policy updates, and service notices. SMS may be delivered via Twilio or other providers; WhatsApp is delivered through WhatsApp (Meta) / WhatsApp Business as described in our Privacy Policy.

How you opt in. You agree to SMS and WhatsApp communications (plus email and calls as applicable) when you provide your mobile number and submit a quote form, contact form, or equivalent lead form on this site (or other express consent we document). Checking the consent box when shown is part of this process. Where prohibited by law, consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

How to opt out. For SMS, reply STOP to any text message. For WhatsApp, ask us in the same chat to stop messaging you, or contact us by email or phone. You may also email Julie@mejorvidainsurance.com or call 402-440-5438 for any channel.

Message frequency. SMS: typically 1–5 messages per week while evaluating coverage or completing steps with us. WhatsApp: frequency depends on your conversation and case updates.

Carrier fees. Message and data rates may apply for SMS. WhatsApp may use mobile data or Wi‑Fi per your plan and WhatsApp/Meta policies. Mejor Vida Insurance LLC does not charge you a separate fee for SMS delivery.

Use of phone numbers. Numbers are used for the channels described (SMS, WhatsApp, calls). We do not sell your phone number and do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Legal compliance. SMS communications follow the TCPA and Nebraska law where applicable. WhatsApp communications are also subject to WhatsApp/Meta terms and policies.

Insurance-Specific Terms

• All coverage is subject to underwriting and carrier approval.
• Product and coverage availability may vary by state.
• Final policy terms are determined by the issuing carrier.

Agency and Carrier Documents

Documents on this website—such as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, SMS opt-in disclosure, and E-Sign Consent—apply to your relationship with Mejor Vida Insurance LLC as an insurance agency.

When you apply for coverage with a specific insurance carrier through us, you may be required to review and sign additional carrier-specific forms (authorizations, disclosures, and state notices). Those documents are provided at the application stage and are separate from this website’s agency policies.

Regulatory Compliance
