Our SMS program provides informational messages about final expense and life insurance options, including personalized quotes, appointment reminders, application follow-up, and policy-related updates. Messages are sent from our SMS number 402-735-5665.
You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and optionally checking the SMS consent box on one of our online quote forms before you submit. The checkbox is not required to submit the form or receive a quote. Express written SMS consent is recorded only when you check the box and submit. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance where prohibited by law.

The checkbox above is a static sample for disclosure purposes. On live forms, the checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You may submit a quote request without checking it. SMS opt-in occurs only when a user checks the live consent box on our quote form and submits their information.
1–5 SMS messages per week during active quoting and follow-up, as needed. Frequency may decrease after your request is complete or you opt out.

We handle mobile numbers with safeguards consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number and do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Mejor Vida Insurance LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable Nebraska regulations for SMS communications. We use Twilio or other authorized providers to deliver SMS where applicable.
